Built because something was missing.

First Choice Title Associates, Inc. was founded in 2008, but the reason for it goes back further.

We had already spent over a decade in Florida real estate before that, working in real estate investing and mortgage lending since 1996. That experience showed us a gap: title companies handled the paperwork but rarely the people. Clients ended up as a file number, not a relationship.

First Choice was built to close that gap. We took what we knew from real estate investing and mortgage lending and built a title company around transparency, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction, the things we felt were missing everywhere else.

We are appointed with WFG National Title Insurance, so every closing has real underwriting behind it, and we have handled millions of dollars in transactions for homebuyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders across Florida since 2008. What has not changed is the reason we started: you still get a real person on the phone, and the same attention to detail on every file.
